Attorney-at-law/Partner Jan Samuelsen has more than 30 years experience working with oil and gas tax issues, both as head of tax for ExxonMobil and as an independent lawyer. Jan Samuelsen is the author of the book “A guide to Norwegian Petroleum Taxation”, and has written a number of articles within petroleum tax and transfer pricing and worked with tax policy issues on behalf of industry groups.
