Serge Fasel is an expert in national and international complex litigation and arbitration. His fields of activities cover all forms of commercial disputes, notably in the financial sector. He is also active in areas of insolvency law and employment disputes. Serge Fasel has extensive experience in the Swiss judicial environment. He is a former Deputy Judge with the First Instance Court of Geneva and Deputy Attorney-General with the Swiss Army.
