Career
I am a partner in the Dispute Resolution department specialising in international commercial litigation and arbitration. I have a particular interest in intellectual property and sports disputes.
At the outset of any dispute, I make sure that I fully understand my client’s objectives and resources. I will try and move my client into a position of strength to negotiate a settlement wherever possible.
I act for a wide range of clients – manufacturing companies, e-commerce businesses, private equity investors, entrepreneurs and sports participants across sectors including aviation, motor manufacture and IT amongst others. Notable clients are Eddie Irvine, Crystal Palace Football Club, Electronics Boutique and Headspace.
I enjoy the international element of his practice where he is often referred work by international law firms. Over the years, I have worked as co-counsel with leading firms in India, Ireland and Italy to advise their clients on English law issues in arbitration and litigation in many jurisdictions.
Languages
