Career

My practice focuses on a wide range of domestic and international construction and engineering projects.  My clients include main and specialist contractors, developers and cultural institutions. I assist clients with the procurement of projects and negotiation of contract documents. I also advise clients on technical, commercial and contractual issues arising during live projects. Where disputes are unavoidable, I prosecute and defend claims for clients through various dispute resolution methods including adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and expert determination.

I am fortunate to have such a varied practice. Recent instructions have included an oil pipeline in Nigeria; the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station; a waste to energy facility; Hinkley Point nuclear power station; the redevelopment of Broadgate, London; a motorway extension; a hospital refurbishment; a landmark cultural gallery extension; an underground gas storage facility in Turkey and a water treatment plant.

Trained at Anderson Legal, Australia; qualified in 2001. Previous firms include Minter Ellison; Beachcroft Wansboughs; Pinsent Masons; Linklaters; Trowers & Hamlins. Became a partner at Fladgate in 2015.
