Position
I specialise in fast-paced transactions and deal with mainly prime and super prime, leasehold and freehold properties, which are frequently situated in the London area.
For over 13 years I have represented a broad range of private individuals including HNW’s and UHNW’s in order to purchase their desired home and also investors and companies that wish to expand their residential property portfolios.
The London property market is exceptionally fast-paced and there is always a high demand for properties leading to a lot of competition. I relish being pro-active and working quickly to secure properties for my clients and the challenges this often presents. Every transaction is unique and a bespoke solution is quite often required both commercially and legally.
Fladgate as a firm is already well established and the residential team is a growing, dynamic team whose approach to delivery and service has really been noted in the market. This, paired with their reputation really appealed to me. The variety and scope of transactions they have worked on demonstrates the breadth of the expertise within the team and reflects my existing skill set and client base.
A significant part of my practice is international and often has an offshore element especially when dealing with Trust Companies, or being involved in de-enveloping tax structures. I also have experience dealing with assets held by structures in various other jurisdictions, particularly BVI, Panama, Guernsey and Jersey.
