Pedro Pereira Coutinho joined VdA in 2016. He is Partner of the Real Estate & Planning practice.

He has expertise in real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale and lease of real estate assets, global assistance in the development of real estate projects (residential, retail and tourism), drafting of architecture, engineer, project management, works supervision and construction contracts (both for new construction and renovations).

He has advised in sale and leaseback transactions, in transactions involving the acquisition and sale, including due diligence, of all types of real estate property (residential, retail and touristic), and also in general urban licensing and special licensing (commercial and touristic licensing).
