Joined VdA in 1988 and is currently the IP & Digital Group Senior Partner and Partner of the Information, Communication & Technology practice. Margarida has been providing regulatory advice to a wide variety of clients in matters involving Media, Data Privacy, Telecommunications and the Postal sector. She has also been involved in several infra-structural projects and public procurement transactions both in regulated and in non-regulated sectors. She is the firm’s partner responsible for the Pro Bono and CSR programme and chairs the Pro Bono Committee.

VdA‘s information, communication and technology group has a breadth of expertise that ensures a steady flow of work from clients in the aerospace, aviation, postal and emerging technologies sectors, alongside the more traditional sectors of TMT.
