Frederico has been involved in many cases representing several domestic and international clients in disputes involving commercial law before judicial courts as well as in arbitration before Portuguese and international entities. Recently has gained extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring under Portuguese Law. He is often appointed as arbitrator.
