He is also specialised in the area of Austrian tenancy and leasing law and in the field of general contract law, in particular standard terms and conditions. Reinhard Paulitsch regularly gives talks, in particular on compensation, warranty and product liability law and in the field of intangible goods law and civil procedure law.
Reinhard Paulitsch has worked as an independent lawyer since 1995; from 1995-1999, he worked at the law firm Chalupsky and Gumpoldsberger; since 1999 he has been a partner at SWCP.
Between 1980 and 1985, Reinhard Paulitsch studied music at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. He then studied law at the Karl Franzens University in Graz between 1985 and 1990, gaining his doctorate (“Dr. iur.”) in 1990.
