Agustí joined Grau & Angulo in 2003 and has been a partner since 2005.

From 1993 to 1998 he was a member of Bufete Díaz-Arias Abogados.

In 1998 he joined an office specialising in Industrial and Intellectual Property and Competition Law.

He is also a professor in the Criminology programme in Barcelona University.
