Career

Etain is a Partner in Dillon Eustace and Head of the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group.

Etain is an expert on the establishment, structuring, financing, corporate governance and ongoing operation of investment funds. She advises on alternative investment funds including hedge funds, fund of funds, private credit, private debt, private equity funds and property funds and also has significant experience in advising on the establishment and ongoing operation of UCITS Funds. Etain also has a number of fund service provider clients including management companies, administrators and depositaries. Etain also has experience in advising on industry standard master transaction agreements as well as prime brokerage and futures brokerage agreements.

Etain’s experience with Dillon Eustace includes a secondment to Goldman Sachs International, Global Securities Services Division.
