Career

Grace advises fund promoters/asset managers, investment funds, management companies and their service providers on a wide range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters – including the structuring, establishment and regulation of all types of mutual funds. Her clients are Irish and international – mainly from the UK, Italy and the US.

Grace’s experience includes working for two years in the Irish Stock Exchange’s Funds Listing Department. She is a member of the Irish Funds working group EMIR and has lectured in the Law Society of Ireland on investment fund related matters.
