Acts for insolvency practitioners, companies, creditors, shareholders and company directors in all aspects of insolvency and corporate recovery including examinerships, receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcies. Particular expertise acting for domestic banks, NAMA and many foreign banks in relation to their security enforcement and distressed asset recovery. More recently acting for large distressed asset funds active in the Irish market in relation to their enforcement options and remedies. Extensive experience in acting in the wide range of litigation before the superior courts arising from insolvency appointments.
