Career

Adrian is a partner and Head of Dillon Eustace’s Corporate and M&A team. Adrian was appointed a partner in 2006 and head of the Corporate and M&A team in 2021. He has extensive transactional experience with an expertise in, mergers and acquisitions, company law and corporate governance, company re-organisations, venture capital, cross-border mergers and private equity investments.

Adrian represents public and private corporations, private equity houses, venture capital investors, family owned businesses and entrepreneurs transacting in a variety of industries and sectors, including the financial services, technology, food and beverage, media and entertainment and life sciences sectors. His practice also includes Irish inward investment projects and other cross border transactions.

Law Society of Ireland; Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association (DSBA); AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats). Adrian was a former committee member of the Business & Commercial Law Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
