Sweden > Banking and finance

Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå‘s banking and finance practice is stacked with partners with an impressively diverse skill set. Predominantly acting for borrowers, co-heads Björn Svensson and Sofie Viktorsson advise on acquisition financings, asset-backed borrowing matters and refinancing mandates, while co-head Niclas Rockborn spearheads the regulatory segment. The team works seamlessly with Mikael Borg‘s debt capital markets practice on debt offerings and syndicated bank loans, instructed by corporate sponsors and financial lenders. Candra Torebring departed to Nybron Advokater in early 2022.
