Soo-Ja has broad experience in acting on behalf of international companies on a wide range of employment and co-governance matters relating to the Netherlands or in cross-border situations. This includes restructuring and collective redundancy, outsourcing and TUPE projects and negotiations with works councils and trade unions. Soo-Ja also gives strategic advice on complex international projects and on board member appointments and terminations.

Soo-Ja is an active member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association, the International Bar Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association and regularly gives employment training to in-house counsels, HR-teams and lawyers.
