Eva advises and litigates on all aspects of labour law. She offers strategic advice in complex matters and international projects. Eva’s practice focuses on rights and obligations in flexible employment relations. She is a member of the Executive Committee and also mediates in the field of labour and employment law as a registered mediator at the MfN (Dutch Mediators Federation).

Eva is a deputy judge at the Court of Amsterdam. Eva regularly publishes and lectures about employment-law topics in the Netherlands and abroad. She is editor of the employment law journal JAR and co-author of the book ‘Arbeidsrecht en mediation’ (Employment Law and Mediation) (Sdu 2016). Furthermore, she is an Officer at the IBA Diversity and Equality Committee.
