Career

Fenna heads the Health Care team of Kennedy Van der Laan.

She has over 10 years of experience in the health care sector. It has been her focus since 2013. She is one of the few attorneys in the Netherlands who combine a corporate background with a full focus on the health care sector.

Fenna is co-author of the book ‘Samenwerken tussen zorgorganisaties’ (Collaborations between Healthcare Organizations), a co-production of Kennedy Van der Laan and the consultancy agency Q-Consult Zorg, which has been published at the end of August 2019 by Bohn Stafleu Van Loghum. In an accessible way, this handbook deals with the corporate, tax, legal and organizational aspects that are involved when parties in the healthcare decide to join forces. This book is inspired by the drastic changes in the Dutch healthcare sector, which call increasingly for collaborations and joint ventures.
