Annejet Balm advises and handles litigation in every important field of employment law, including individual and collective dismissal law, reorganizations, employee participation and transfer of undertakings. She is specialized in disability regulations, placement and secondment constructions, and privacy in the workplace.
 
Annejet regularly lectures at the Instituut voor arbeidsrecht (Institute for Employment Law) and is a frequent speaker at seminars. She also co-authored the book 'Hoe zit het met het (nieuwe) arbeidsrecht' (The situation with (the new) employment law) and was chief editor for employment law for SduMemo+.
 
Annejet has been affiliated with Lexence since 2013. She previously worked at ARBOR Advocaten and Spigthoff Advocaten in Curacao.

Annejet was sworn in as a lawyer in 2001. She studied Dutch law at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, participated in a summer course at the University of California in Berkeley, and completed the specialist training in employment law at the Grotius Academie.
