Mark Keuss is a highly experienced employment lawyer, specializing in collective dismissals and forensic fraud investigations. He also advises both for profit and non-profit organizations (hospitals, schools etc.) on restructurings, issues relating to employee co-determination, social security and partnership cooperation agreements.
Mark regularly lectures on employment law at various educational institutions, such as Nyenrode. He is a visiting lecturer in employment law at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
