Jessica Svantesson is part of MAQS property group and advises clients on a day-to-day basis on real estate-related issues and is particularly focused on real estate transactions, development projects and commercial lease agreements. She has a long and valuable experience that she gained by, among others, representing buyers as well as sellers in different types of property-related transactions, from the sale of individual properties to more complex transactions involving major property holdings and sale-and-lease-backs.

In addition to advising clients on issues such as day-to-day property management and the drafting of lease agreements and other types of tenancy agreements, Jessica also handles real estate related disputes and advises clients including both Swedish and international property firms and funds, as well as public and private property owners.

Finally, Jessica also belongs to MAQS department for CleanTech which focuses on the development of the legal framework for companies which work with clean and renewable energy, through which she works essentially on wind power.
