Niklas Ernulf has extensive experience of providing advice in matters related to insolvency law across a variety of industries and is frequently instructed as court-appointed receiver of bankruptcies and compulsory liquidations.

Niklas regularly advise property owners and tenants in matters regarding commercial premises, preparation of rental agreements, in negotiating rental terms, and as counsel before the Rent and Tenancy Tribunal. He also frequently act as counsel before the civil courts in matters relating to various types of property rights.
