Johan Schubert has extensive experience of working with major restructurings, liqudiations and bankruptcies as well as advising businesses, banks and other financial institutions on matters regarding insolvency and credit securities.  Johan is frequently instructed as court-appointed receiver of bankruptcies and corporate restructurings.

Johan also has considerable experience providing general, cross-industry legal advice with a particular focus on owner-managed companies.
