Eric Ehrencrona is head of MAQS Capital Markets. Eric has extensive experience of providing advice to public companies in regulatory compliance issues related to, among other things, provision of market-sensitive information, market abuse and sustainability. Eric also has considerable experience of project management in listing processes, capital procurements in public and non-public companies with adhering preparation of prospectuses as well as listing changes.
Eric is engaged as chairman for shareholders meetings in both public and private limited companies on a regular basis.
Eric also regularly advise on mergers and acquisitions as well as in matters relating to corporate law such as restructuring, incentive programs and shareholder agreements.
