Bo Sjöholm specialises in franchising and commercial tenancy and has extensive experience of drafting franchise agreements, negotiating on behalf of franchisors and franchisees and in converting conventional chain stores into franchising. By advising some of Sweden’s leading retail chains, property companies and franchisors on a frequent basis, Bo has beside his legal expertise amassed considerable insight as to the conditions and trends in the industry.

Bo runs the much-appreciated podcast Franchisepodden on the subject together with Karin Kisker.
