Erik Kjaer is head of MAQS Construction & Infrastructure. Erik has extensive experience in national and international commercial disputes in the industrial sector in general and more specifically in the construction industry. He frequently acts as counsel in arbitrations and before civil courts as well as being appointed as arbitrator in construction-related disputes on a regular basis.

Erik also has considerable experience preparing and negotiating agreement structures in major construction and infrastructure projects and is frequently engaged by insurance companies in insurance-related disputes and investigations.
