Position

Julian Lenuweit is an Associate in Fieldfisher’s Dusseldorf office and advises on Corporate Finance.

A particular focus of his advice is on financial and M&A transactions as well as corporate structure consulting. In addition, he supports our clients with (financial) regulatory issues.

He provides comprehensive advice, both in and out of court, in all matters relating to shareholder disputes.

Career

Before joining Fieldfisher as an Associate, he worked for another international law firm in Frankfurt.

He advises our clients in German and English.

Education

Julian Lenuweit completed his law studies at the University of Frankfurt. During his legal clerkship, he also worked in the Fieldfisher offices in Frankfurt and London.
