Daniel Kamke is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Dusseldorf office and advises on financial and corporate restructurings as well as alternative financing.
He has been advising financial investors in special financing situations as well as in stressed and distressed debt transactions for 15 years, as well as companies in the context of their financial and corporate restructuring.
His work in the area of restructuring takes place both within and outside of state regulatory proceedings. It includes, in particular, the restructuring of listed companies and financing instruments.
He has also successfully advised on over 250 financing and restructuring transactions in the Real Estate sector.
