Position

Felix t. Leopold is an Associate in Fieldfisher’s Munich office and advises on Dispute Resolution, both out of court and before state courts or arbitration tribunals.

He advises and represents our clients from various industries not only in (arbitration) court proceedings, but also in the area of alternative Dispute Resolution. A particular focus of his work is on contractual and corporate disputes.

Career

Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked in the international arbitration department of another international commercial law firm.

He is a trained commercial mediator (Munich training programme).

Education

He studied at the Julius-Maximilians-University of Würzburg. During his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Würzburg, he gained his first experience in various litigation practice groups of an international commercial law firm in Munich.
