Career
Koen has over 30 years of litigation experience specialising in corporate litigation, commercial disputes (including distribution law) and insolvency matters. He regularly acts as arbitrator in corporate and commercial disputes both domestic and international.
He has published several books and articles on commercial agency, on European cross-border insolvency, on evidence in international arbitration, on confidentiality in arbitration proceedings and on distribution law.
