Career

Vivien is a seasoned litigator with 20 years’ experience and heads up the Fieldfisher MENA group.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of commercial disputes including shareholder actions, banking and financial disputes, partnerships, professional negligence and increasingly, international financial sanctions, with numerous successful challenges against the European Council for a number of high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities. 

Vivien heads up the Sanctions Group and has a particularly strong Middle East and North African track record and client base.
