Kit is a widely-respected contentious insolvency specialist with more than 20 years of dispute resolution experience, specialising in cases involving insolvency, finance, fraud, asset-tracing and recovery.
His cases almost always involve multiple jurisdictions and frequently involve injunctions and ancillary relief.
Kit is the co-author of the second edition of Commercial Enforcement, the leading textbook on methods of enforcing civil judgments and the enforcement of judgments in the UK and abroad is a key part of his practice.
His civil fraud cases this year include Goldtrail, Argyle UAE and The Wine Enterprise Investment Scheme cases.
Kit was the winner of Asset Recovery category in the Client Choice Awards 2020. He was previously the winner of the Litigation category for the same awards in 2017.
