Career

I have 25 years’ experience acting for victims of illnesses and accidents, particularly for people suffering from mesothelioma following exposure to asbestos at work and by dust brought into the home.

Chambers 2019 describes me as ‘a brilliant industrial disease lawyer who gets superb results’. I am recognised by the Legal 500 as ‘a leading individual’.

It is a privilege to meet families, hear their stories, to be their advocate and provide financial security needed in times of crisis.

I lead a team determined to achieve the highest compensation for people with asbestos disease in the shortest possible time, at no cost. We are described by Chambers as a ‘market-leading industrial disease practice, with an outstanding reputation for handling mesothelioma and asbestos disease litigation.’

My cases include:

I regularly settle mesothelioma claims within three months of instruction. Many cases now include provision for developing immunotherapies.

I regularly speak at the Central Law Training conferences on asbestos disease and fatal accident claims.

Memberships

I am a member of APIL and the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. I also sit on The Forum of Complex Injury Solicitors (FOCIS).

Following a holistic approach, the team is dedicated to assisting clients with specialist care, support and rehabilitation, where needed. The team has also been at the forefront of the debate surrounding the safety of Smart Motorways, with ‘standout’ Harvinder Kaur having worked on such cases. ‘OutstandingDushal Mehta and ‘star‘ practitioner Jennifer Buchanan complete the roster of recommended practitioners.
