Oliver advises on a range of finance transactions.

His particular expertise lies in trade and commodity finance and asset finance, principally in the energy and natural resources sector. 

In addition to advising financial institutions, Oliver advises corporates on their financing and trading arrangements. 

Work highlights this year include advising Cornish Metals on its royalty agreements with Osisko Gold Royalties; Tembo Capital on a US$2 million unsecured convertible loan provided to Elemental Royalties Corp.

He also specialises in real estate finance.
