Career

Dominic is the Co-Head of Energy and Natural Resources focus sector group at Fieldfisher – a role he shares with corporate partner Daniel Marhewka in Munich.

He acts principally for small and mid-cap mining and energy companies. He advises companies on their debt and equity funding, asset and corporate acquisitions, as well joint ventures, earn-ins/earn-outs and other commercial arrangements. 

Dominic’s clients include Ackerman Group, Atalaya Mining and Tembo Capital. 

He also advises on M&A and other corporate law matters.
