Education

Born in the US, Paul Luiki completed his first legal education at the University of Iowa, USA. In 1988, he was admitted to the bar in the state of Ohio and practised as an attorney at a renowned law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied law at the University of Vienna, graduating in 1993 and earning his doctor’s degree in 1996.
