Position
Jan Presfeldt is a partner at Nielsen Nørager and is a highly experienced litigator and has conducted a significant number of cases before the Supreme Court, the High Courts and in connection with arbitration.
Apart from advising on commercial and corporate law issues, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions, Jan Presfeldt works particularly in the areas of tort and insurance law (commercial and product liability, professional liability and construction law) for Danish and foreign companies.
Further, Jan Presfeldt serves as board member of a number of Danish companies and as chairman of the board of directors of Wewers A/S.
Jan holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law (MCL) from the University of California, USA.
