Malin Wikström has 20 years of working experience within the field of environmental law. She assists companies of all sizes as well as the State and municipalities environmental law issues.

Malin Wikström regularly assists clients with permit applications regarding large and complex environmentally hazardous facilities and activities, and acts as legal counsel in the Land and Environmental courts. She represents some of Sweden’s largest infrastructure facilities (such as ports and airports) and furthermore development projects, waste facilities and major industries. Malin is a go-to in permit applications and is one of the leading lawyers in this field.

Malin also assists in matters relating to environmental damages, environmental crime, transboundary shipment of waste, work environment and issues relating to the supervision of environmentally hazardous activities.

Malin is also a reckognized lecturer and gives lectures both in external contexts as well as for clients on a regular basis.
