Tove is leading the way as head of Setterwalls’ Environmental Law Group.

Boasting over ten years of experience as a legal practitioner within the fields of environment and energy law, Tove work with environmental permit applications and other matters related to renewable and fossil free energy such as wind, solar and nuclear energy production, mining, quarries, manufacturing industries and water. With previous experience from the energy sector, Tove also has in depth knowledge of issues related to the Swedish Electricity Act.

Furthermore, Tove is particularly experienced when it comes to contaminated land issues where she is considered a though leader. She is frequently retained to conduct liability assessments, recourse claims and other environmental court procedures, as well as for commercial negotiations regarding contaminated land and water issues.

With great experience of dealing with environmental risks in corporate and real estate transactions, Tove aim to provide clients with sustainable advice, both from a commercial and environmental point of view.
