Position
Partner Christian Fogelholm advises on real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions and general M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and contract law related questions. His real estate transactions experience includes single asset and portfolio transactions, sale and lease-back transactions and forward purchases, regarding office, retail and logistics assets. His energy transactions experience includes advising sellers/purchasers of wind power assets, electricity and gas transmission system operators, electricity distribution system operators, and district heating operators.
Career
Christian joined the firm in 1999. He has been a partner since 2008. In 2004 Christian worked on secondment as an in-house attorney at Outokumpu Corporation, the Finnish publicly listed stainless steel manufacturer.
