Anne Marie has extensive experience with cases regarding patent, trademarks, design and copyright law, as well as trade secrets and marketing law. Her praxis includes a number of large disputes and litigation commissions e.g. •patent infringement •product imitation •breach of good business practice •trademark infringement She advises clients on IPR- strategies, licensing and other collaborations concerning technology and branded goods She represents clients from different areas of business, but has particular experience with cases related to offshore and maritime sector, pharmaceutical industry, aquaculture industry/fish health, industrial design and marketing/advertising. She also has substantial experience within media. Anne Marie is frequently used as lecturer, and has held a number of internal courses for clients regarding intellectual property.
