He has extensive experience with corporate law and issues regarding exchange listed particularly related to purchase and sale of businesses within shipping and offshore. Moen has also wide experience with buying/selling/chartering of ships and offshore vessels. He works also with restructuring of businesses

Under the leadership of restructuring specialist Stine Snertingdalen, the group leverages its transactional, banking regulatory and banking litigation expertise to also stand out for shipping finance matters and financial restructuring work. Christian Stang Våland regularly handles corporate transactions for banks and Jostein Moen focuses on shipping transactions. Hillevi Torngren Myhre joined from SANDS in 2020.

Moen also has substantial expertise in the shipping sector, Marius L Andresen focuses on cross-border work and Thomas S Farhang is a key name for technology clients.
