Career

A member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Nathalie Cerqueira is partner within BERSAY’s Labour and Employment department.

Nathalie Cerqueira handles both transactional and litigation aspects of individual and collective employment law matters; as well as criminal employment law matters.

She assists clients across an array of sectors, including the education, transport, diplomacy, food, IT and publishing sectors, in France and internationally.

She also works on transactions involving the firm’s Corporate, Litigation and Restructuring departments.

Before joining Bersay in 2007, Nathalie worked at Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm.
