Position

Nick is a leading specialist in the drafting and negotiation of pre-nuptial agreements. The nature of this work means that his clients are confidential, but he acts for business leaders, celebrities, landed families and wealthy international couples in London and overseas. He lectures on the law and practice of pre-nuptial agreements at Oxford University. The other element of his practice is international divorce disputes, particularly involving challenges to the power of the English courts to hear divorce cases. He is an expert in the complex European regulations which govern those cases. Recognition for his achievements in this field came when winning the prestigious International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Annual Award for Young Family Lawyers in Europe.
