Katie is a partner in the employment team and is head of diversity at Farrer & Co. In addition to her extensive employment practice (which covers senior executives, international oil and gas companies, national sports bodies, banks, independent schools, universities, national museums and charities), Katie also advises schools on the full range of child protection, pupil disciplinary and parental dispute work.

Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
