Richard specialises in family law and contentious trust matters. He has 30 years of experience of advising individuals, families, beneficiaries and trustees on the full range of issues that they face. He advises a number of high profile clients from a variety of different backgrounds, one of his reported cases was Omar v Omar ([1995] 3 ALL ER 571) which was an extremely complex trust case that lasted several years and involved extensive litigation in the UK and other jurisdictions.
