Position

Annabel deals with a wide range of legal issues affecting residential, commercial and agricultural property. The principal part of Annabel’s practice concerns high-value, predominantly residential, property; dealing with sales and purchases, the structuring and execution of secured lending transactions and landlord and tenant issues. Annabel also acts for a number of landed estates and advises on the various issues they face, including those relating to settled land. In addition, Annabel has expertise in advising on contentious property matters, particularly in the context of divorce and relationship breakdown. Annabel acts for private individuals, institutional landowners and private banks. A significant number of her clients are trusts (with both onshore and offshore structures) and she also acts for several charities.

Trained at Farrer & Co (2006-08); qualified in 2008, became an associate in 2012 and became a partner in 2015.
