Farrer & Co ‘is very highly regarded in acting for HMW individuals in complex matters’, bringing the full-service offering of the wider firm to its immigration mandates for both domestic and international clients. The firm’s wider litigation capabilities make it well-placed to assist in contentious matters, and the firm is noted for its track record in relation to politically sensitive matters. The team continues to grow with the hire of senior counsel Adam Hoefel from Gherson LLP, who is experienced in handling complex applications for HNW individuals. Practice head Elena Hinchin ‘has unparalleled experience, strategic judgment, and is excellent with clients’, and similarly focusses primarily on handling mandates for HNW and UHNW individuals, senior executives, and family-based applications. Counsel Lee Jackson is also a key contact for this work.
