Maria specialises in contentious business, dispute resolution and employment law for Religious Charities, Churches and Schools. Her practice includes cases of historic child safeguarding claims, employment law, judicial review and other cases in the Tribunals and Courts including the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Maria routinely advises charities and schools about all aspects of employment law and has also acted in several high value employment disputes between senior executives and listed companies. Maria’s reported cases include:
