Position
Jessica advises a wide range of financial services firms, including asset managers, private banks and international financial institutions, upon all aspects of financial regulatory law. She regularly advises upon UK regulated fund structures, and has a wealth of experience in regulated fund set-up, amendments, mergers and terminations, as well as queries involving cross-border issues. Jessica has a particular interest in charitable fund structures and charity compliance. She regularly works with the Firm’s charities lawyers to help charitable institutions understand their obligations under UK financial regulatory law and also international compliance issues such as FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard. In 2014, Jessica spent nine months on secondment to a well-known UK private bank.
